TERM AND CONDITIONS

FREIGHT FREE: On all orders shipped via UPS Ground, totaling $600.00, includes any back orders of an original
prepaid order.

RETURNED GOODS: Goods ordered in error, must be returned within 30 days of receipt, at the customer’s expense and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Goods shipped in error may be returned within 10 days for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a return goods authorization. Special orders are subject to manufacturing return policy, etc.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All damaged goods must be reported at time of receipt. Short pays or damage not reported, will not be accepted.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot be held responsible for errors in printing, or manufacturers pricing changes.

TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice. Service charge of 1-1/2% (18% yearly).
